B. Enter your child’s penguin name and password used to log into the game.
2. Through your Parent Account:
B. Once you’re logged in, select a penguin, then click Basic Information. You can cancel the recurring membership from here.

2. To obtain a refund, you must contact our Billing Team by email, and cancel within the refund window. To send an email, click the orange Contact Us button at the bottom of the page.
3. Membership cancelations only apply to recurring memberships. These memberships automatically renew at the end of each membership term.
If you are unsure if you have a recurring membership you can find out by logging into your Parent Account.
4. You can cancel your membership at any time and you will still have access to your full membership period you purchased. So, if you purchased a six month membership and decide to cancel after five months, you’ll still get the full six months of membership.
6. Canceling a membership requires the penguin account name and password. If you don’t know the password, please visit Forgot Password to reset it.
