Your membership will automatically renew based on your payment option. Credit card and PayPal purchases are both recurring.
When you make your purchase, make sure you read the terms of purchase and your purchase receipt. You will be notified if it is recurring.
With a recurring membership you will continue to be charged until the subscription is canceled.

When your membership is about to expire, we’ll send your penguin a postcard reminder. We’ll also send an email to the address associated with your penguin account.
If you’re not sure when your membership will expire, ask an adult to log into their Parent Account and select your penguin account.
There they will find all the important information about your penguin, including when your membership will expire.
If they don’t have a Parent Account, they can create one in the Parent Account section.
To purchase a recurring monthly, semi-annual, or annual membership using a credit card/debit card or PayPal, follow the directions below:

5. Choose a payment method
6. Fill out your billing information.
Note: Remember to enter your email address on the billing form. This is where your purchase receipt will be sent.

Yes! You can add a new Membership Card to your account at any time.
For example, if you purchased a 6 month Membership Card, but still have 1 month left on your current membership, you can add the 6 month Membership Card to your account at anytime and you’ll get the full time you’ve paid for!
This means you can even purchase two 6 month Membership Cards and activate them at the same time to enjoy a full year of membership.
